Ray Catena MINI of Westchester

I made the change over to an electric vehicle and chose the Mini Cooper S. Dimitri was my Mini Motoring Advisor and was easy to work with. We did everything via text and phone calls which made my life so much easier. Dimitri was great and very helpful going over all the features of the Mini and giving me helpful information surrounding charging. He has already checked in with me 2 days after picking up the Mini. I have wanted a Mini for years and extremely happy with the car and the customer service I’ve experienced! I highly recommend Dimitri and Ray Catena MINI of Westchester if you are looking for a new set of wheels!

The Staff was very friendly. It was a easy quick experience to trade in our other Mini and Order a new Mini. No issues at the sales level. The car is really nice. We have had the Mini one month and there is motor problems. Road side assistance and towing was a total horror show. Now the Staff at Mini fell into the useless category. The new service manager is incompetent and we felt we were given the run around for 6 hours. Hopefully it is an easy fix and we get our car back asap.

My purchase was nothing less than perfect. Patrick Forman was one of the best salesman that I have ever worked with. He was very informative , respectful and friendly. He has a lot of knowledge about mini cars and went thru everything in complete detail so that that purchase was smooth. He did a great job explaining things and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a mini. Samantha the other representative was also wonderful. She took me to my car and went thru every function of the car in great detail. I have never had that happen before. She dedicated a lot of time to me and answered all my questions. I didn’t feel rushed and showed me everything about my new car . You really feel special and valued as a customer and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking! Amazing experience! I have found my new place for years to come ! If I could give 10 stars I would!

I drove up from Queens NYC to test drive and maybe buy a Mini S Convertible. I had the best experience with the staff Of Mini of Westchester. I did buy my Mini Convertible because the staff was the nicest group I have worked with in all my years of owning cars. Robert, Dan and Samantha were just so available and helpful in every way possible. I recommend this Mini Dealership very highly because of the lovely experience I had.

After an unfortunate incident with my 2014 mini countryman, I wanted to continue driving a mini but lease one. I didn't have much time to shop around because I was carless and using a rental to get around. I have an infant under 1 year old, so safety, comfort, and budget were the three most important things for me. I tried leasing a mini from my local mini dealer and they couldn't find anything all wheel drive within my budget. I decided to try mini of Westchester which is a 3 hour drive from me, but I was familiar with them from getting service done years ago. I spoke to Ray and from the beginning he was so informative, helpful, and not pushy. Given all the things on my plate right now, I appreciated how direct Ray was with me. I didn't have time for back and forth conversations or even to spend a few days coming in to test drive minis (because I live 3 hours away). Ray asked me what I wanted, I told him, we hung up, and he called me back later saying, they had something that fit my wishes/ needs. We coordinated so that I could drive to Westchester first thing in the morning, pick up my new mini, drop off my rental, and still make it home in time to pick up my baby from daycare. Ray was ready and waiting for me. He moved the process along as quickly as he could. He was kind, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and communicative. Overall, it was a great experience. I love my new mini and I love knowing I got my car within my budget, with great safety features, and ready for winter.
